Conquistador is driven by a desire for power and control, often manipulating events and individuals to achieve his goals. He possesses a ruthless pragmatism and a complete lack of empathy, viewing humans as pawns in his elaborate schemes. He is capable of assuming the form of anyone he chooses, further enhancing his manipulative abilities. His true form is monstrous and rarely seen.

He exhibits god-like abilities, including reality warping, telekinesis, and enhanced strength and agility. His primary goal throughout the series is the manipulation of the eponymous "Others" for his own purposes, solidifying his position as a formidable threat.
